Years in the corporate world taught Lucy firsthand the toll desk-based work takes on our bodies and minds. Chronic back pain, mounting stress, and that constant feeling of overwhelm from demanding deadlines and long hours were her reality.

Yoga became Lucy’s lifeline during this challenging time. The transformation was profound. Not only did her physical pain diminish, but she gained invaluable tools to navigate workplace pressure with greater calm and clarity.

Her personal journey ignited her passion. Now, she combines her corporate insight with yoga, breathwork, and meditation expertise to empower other professionals facing similar struggles. Lucy’s goal is to help desk-based teams break free from the cycle of stress and discomfort, fostering healthier, more productive work environments where everyone can truly thrive.

Teaching Style

Lucy teaches heartfelt yoga classes both in-person and online. Known for her gentle teaching and her clear delivery, Lucy is  dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion for Yoga to help her students develop their practice. Her classes bring together movement and stillness, with an emphasis on self-enquiry and finding joy.

Corporate Classes

Lucy offers bespoke online workshops to clients who want to bring more wellness into their workplace, working with teams of all sizes to create customised wellness solutions that fit seamlessly into busy work schedules. Whether it’s energising 10-20 minute Zoom sessions that your team can join from their desks, extended workshops for deeper learning, or transformative retreat days that allow for complete reset and rejuvenation, Lucy will tailor each experience to meet your team’s specific needs and availability.

Classes, Events & Retreats

With a focus on mindful movement, Lucy combines creative flows with grounding breathwork and meditation; always encouraging you to be in the present moment, connect with yourself, and practice with self-kindness and self-compassion. Her classes are also known for their powerful relaxation (Savasana) that will leave you feeling replenished and revitalised.

Lucy offers in-person classes in Birstall and Mirfield, as well as online workshops. She also runs half-day and full-day retreats, and weekend retreats abroad. She loves teaching all styles of yoga but her speciality is combining Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra which you can try at her monthly in-person and online workshops, as well as her exclusive online 8-week course Cultivate & Nourish.

Qualifications

Lucy completed her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training in Leeds in 2022. Since then, she has completed further training in:

  • Hatha Yoga
  • Yin Yoga
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Pregnancy Yoga

She is also a qualified Breath Coach and Reiki practitioner.

Lucy has also trained in Goa, India, at the Sarvaguna School, completing her 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training.

Outside of Yoga

Outside of class, Lucy is a proud Yorkshire lass and can often be found with a strong cuppa in hand. She loves nothing more than to talk about all things travel and books.
