My classes are an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself – just as you are. Whether we’re moving gently or flowing with strength, the focus is always on awareness, self-kindness and listening inward.

This is yoga for real bodies, real lives, and real moments. A space where you don’t have to strive or prove anything – only feel.

You’ll be encouraged to:

  • Move at your own pace

  • Rest when you need to

  • Adapt poses so they feel supportive for your body

  • Let your breath guide the practice

Whether it’s yin, slow flow or a more dynamic power flow, the essence remains the same – presence over performance, connection over comparison.

Movement that feels Nourishing

This January reconnect with your body and discover the foundations of Pilates over a 4-week course.

Designed to help you move with greater ease, awareness and control, these programmes introduce the core principles of Pilates (alignment, breath, balance, and flow) in a calm and supportive setting. Each week will build on the last, guiding you through mindful mat-based movements that strengthen your core, improve posture and release tension.

With personal attention and clear guidance throughout, you’ll gain confidence in how your body moves and feels. By the end, you’ll notice greater stability, mobility and a deeper connection to your body’s natural strength and rhythm.

A space to rest, receive and return to yourself

Reiki is a gentle healing practice that supports deep relaxation, energetic balance and nervous system calm. A Reiki session is an invitation to slow down completely – to let go of effort and allow yourself to simply receive.

Reiki may be especially helpful if you’re:

  • Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or burnt out

  • Emotionally sensitive or going through change

  • Struggling to fully relax or switch off

  • Seeking gentle support alongside yoga or therapy

  • Wanting time that’s just for you

Each session is unique – your body takes what it needs in that moment.

My Reiki sessions are offered with care, presence, and respect for your individual experience. Just like my yoga classes, the focus is not on performance or outcomes, but on listening, softness and connection.

If you’re craving deep rest, grounding or gentle energetic support, Reiki can be a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself.
