Winter Weekend Retreat to Bruges

You are invited to join me for a weekend of yoga and fun exploring the fairytale Bruges. We will be there just in time for the world-famous Christmas markets, so come and enjoy a mulled wine with me! From Friday 29 November to Sunday 1 December.

Arriving on Friday 29 November, we will start the retreat with a grounding and soothing yoga class to relax and arrive after your travel. On Saturday, after an energising and uplifting yoga class to get your day started, you will then have free-time to explore Bruges. Stock up on your Christmas presents from the market! Enjoy a mulled wine and get that festive feeling. We will then settle and stretch-out with a restorative workshop and Yoga Nidra practice that evening when you get back after a day of exploring. Sunday morning’s yoga will then set you up and ready for your journey home.

Why Choose Lucy Scott Yoga Classes?

All of my classes are restricted to a small number so that you can have personal attention and direction and they are based in comfortable, clean and cosy spaces. The options of classes range from energising flows to slower-paced classes focusing relaxing and stretching. All my classes have options available for beginners through to more experienced yogis. You can see the timetable here.

At the Sankalpa Studio, at Eastthorpe Hall Mirfield, I also offer 1:1 sessions where we can discuss any injuries or conditions, or if you have a specific goal such as sleeping better or improving your self-care, in a comfortable and safe space.

Sankalpa: the Sanskrit word for intention. San: to become one with, kalpa: ‘time’ and ‘subconscious mind’. Sankalpa can be used as a way to set an intention that connects with your heart’s purpose.
