Root & Rest: an Autumnal Escape
This September, we’re heading to the Yorkshire Dales for a deeply restorative weekend retreat – and you’re invited! It will be a cosy weekend of yoga, wild walks, seasonal crafting and plenty of time to rest and reconnect. We’ll be staying at a beautiful, historic country house surrounded by breathtaking countryside, including picturesque villages and waterfalls! We will be arriving from 5pm on 19 September and staying until check-out at 11am on 22 September.
