New: online yoga classes on A Little Yoga Space
I’m thrilled to now be offering online classes via the Substack platform. These are short and sweet movement and meditation practices that you can seamlessly fit into your busy day. You don’t even need to roll out a yoga mat for some of the classes, I’ve tried to keep equipment needed to a minimum. It’s called A Little Yoga Space, after the little space in my house that use to practice – because sometimes that, and 10-minutes, is all you need to change your energy.
