This January reconnect with your body and discover the foundations of Pilates over a 4-week course.
Designed to help you move with greater ease, awareness and control, these programmes introduce the core principles of Pilates (alignment, breath, balance, and flow) in a calm and supportive setting. Each week will build on the last, guiding you through mindful mat-based movements that strengthen your core, improve posture and release tension.
With personal attention and clear guidance throughout, you’ll gain confidence in how your body moves and feels. By the end, you’ll notice greater stability, mobility and a deeper connection to your body’s natural strength and rhythm.
