Yoga and Pilates classes to help you build strength, improve mobility and move with more confidence and ease. Classes range from gentle, slower-paced sessions to more dynamic, flowing movement, giving you the chance to build strength while still staying connected to your body. Further information regarding each class or event can be found in the class descriptions below.

Everything is taught in a supportive, mindful way – so you can challenge yourself when it feels right, and ease back when you want to. Classes are kept small, creating a calm, welcoming space where you’ll feel supported and never lost in the room. And we always finish with a herbal cuppa!
