When I was in India, one of my teachers described meditation as our “sacred appointment” with ourselves. That’s stuck with me: it’s our commitment and dedication to ourselves, to put some time aside, away from the distractions and demands of the world, to just be.
Every second Sunday of the month, I hold an online meditation and breathwork session to help release the tension, slow it all down, and refill your cup before the new week begins. You’re so welcome to join this cosy, gentle hour to come back to yourself.
