Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga where one pose transitions in to the next. It encourages us to sync our movement with breath, which has many wonderful benefits including boosting our energy and mood. This fun and uplifting class will help you release stress, as well as build strength and flexibility. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

We begin this class either lying or seated with time to tune-in and release the day. This could be through meditation and/or breathwork techniques to help us connect with the present moment. Each class then moves through a different creative vinyasa flow. We incorporate Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, to get an all-round good stretch and workout. We end the practice with relaxation and closing breathwork to ground ourselves. You will leave feeling physically stronger as well as strengthening the connection between your mind, body and breath.

The flow is accessible for all levels of yoga experience – including none at all!

Class Schedule: Mondays, 6.15-7.15pm

Location: Mirfield Community Centre, Water Royd Lane, Mirfield WF14 9SG. There is a free car park at the Centre.
