Find time and space to tap into your inner sense of calm and well-being. Each week we gently move through a slow, grounding, and calming flow before settling for a guided meditation. Suitable for all-levels of yoga experience, and starting at the later time of 7.45pm, this class aims to get you ready to go home and have a great night’s sleep.

Take time to relax. This class is all about softening and going slowly.

Each week, we start with time to tune-in (either seated or lying down), checking-in with your breath and noticing how you are feeling in the-here-and-the-now. We then slowly warm-up the body with some gentle movements before settling into longer holds, allowing you the time to take what you need from each pose.

Throughout the class you will be fully supported by props provided such as blankets, cushions, eye pillows and bolsters, so you can relax and take time for you.

We finish the class with a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra (‘yogi sleep’) to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system and find deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling ready for a great night’s sleep.
