In this class, we use different breathwork techniques, mindful movement, and longer holds of postures to find stillness in our minds and bodies. There may still be a few challenging postures in there! But we approach them with a calm steadiness and options to adapt. You will leave feeling calmer, re-balanced, and reconnected with yourself. All levels of yoga experience welcome.
