The ultimate Sunday morning treat. These relaxing morning sessions will include gentle movement to connect with our bodies, meditation to create presence and breathwork to release. Each Sunday will have a different theme and some include special guests. Set at Eastthorpe Hall, a beautiful former country house with lush and tranquil gardens, you will enjoy the snugness of the new studio and the splendour of the historic hall.

In this longer workshop, we combine the magic of yin and restorative yoga poses to calm the nervous system and stretch and release tight muscles. We will also incorporate replenishing and nourishing breath-work practices to find even deeper relaxation.
