My ELVA Retreat was the perfect investment. I had a thoroughly lovely time and it was the perfect opportunity to rest and reset. The activities gave me a chance to focus and relax in a quiet, friendly environment. The yoga was great for a complete beginner like me and the group was very encouraging. I felt nourished body and soul after my retreat and can’t wait to book my next one.
