A day filled with summer-themed joy. We will start with yoga and then get comfy for a guided meditation to thoroughly relax. We have a fun and colourful craft workshop, making ribbon wreaths. We will finish with some (hopefully al fresco) Qigong!
My Summer Day Retreat at The Croft House in Upper Hopton, is happening on Saturday 20 June. It’s going to be a slower, softer and nourishing day filled with all the lovely things my retreats usually have ☺️
We’ll move through a summer-themed yoga practice designed to build some gentle heat and flow, followed by guided meditation to help you settle and fully arrive in the day.
After a nourishing lunch, you’ll have the chance to explore your creativity through a relaxed crafting workshop. At this retreat, we’re making summer wreaths and I’ve teamed up with another small business. You’ll create a joyful, colourful and spectacular wreath that you can then take home and enjoy all summer.
We will finish the day with a simple flowing Qigong practice (potentially outside if the weather permits) to ground and absorb all the goodness from the day.
Throughout the day, there will be moments to relax and connect – maybe even over a little book chat! You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed and quietly restored.
No prior experience is needed for any part of the day – just come ready to relax and enjoy yourself 🌻
