Then, settle into pure relaxation with a 45-minute guided slumber facial experience using Temple Spa products with Lucy Wilde-Howell. Lucy is a Reiki practitioner and holistic psychotherapist specialising in helping you to nurture your overall wellbeing. You’ll be led step-by-step through a luxurious self-care ritual, perfect for just before bed to nourish your skin, calm your nervous system and leave you glowing!
